mini del macho
First time using Sony Vegas Pro. It's a lot more advanced than what I used to use, therefor harder to manipulate. But here is the first video I have edited using it. Sorry for the bad quality. Still trying to figure out how to render 720 and 1080 Link to comment
mini del macho
Think I found a way to increase resolution. I'll post it as soon its rendered and uploaded. Link to comment
Anubis
would of been an OK movie if u had some better actors, dw about the HD version unless you want to loop the part when SF gets knifed, LOL Link to comment
Steve-O
Either way, good job, and look forward to seeing the next version [EMOJI:https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f44d.svg?0] Link to comment
Gizmo
Vegas Pro is incredibly flexible. If you need any pointers let me know. I've been using it for a few years. Link to comment
Gryphus_1
Awesome. The airstrike transition was very nice. You should start a new fad, the death montage! All videos would have to star Salad obviously. Btw, "Fingering Salads" creepiest thread ever. Excellent work. lol G1 ""Don't quote my quotes!" - Fruits" - Rattle Link to comment
mini del macho
Gryph, I really liked that transition also. Gizmo, how would i go about a zoom-in effect? Also, have only tried it with this game, but it is formatted for standard defintion vs widescreen. How to widescreen? Link to comment
saladFingrs
Nice work - love the music. That knife was hilarious. Hint wants to make a Harlem Shake video COD styles - Mini, you down? ~ salad(s) Link to comment

Gizmo
When you open Vegas, click File, and go down to properties. Here you set all audio/video aspects of you project. You'll want to set your template, near the top of the page, to NTSC DV Widescreen. That's if your working with standard def footage. If you're doing HD, then select the template based on the resolution of your footage. If you're rendering for the internet, here are some recommended settings: Field Order: None (progressive scan) Frame Rate: 29.97 Pixel Format: 8 bit (32 bit give highest quality, but it reeeeallly slows down the rendering time) Full Resolution Rendering Quality: Try each one then decide. If it's for the net, I wouldn't worry about the quality Motion Blur: Gaussian Deinterlace Method: None You might also want to check the box beside "start all new projects with these settings". Gizmo
For a zoom effect, look under transitions for "cross effect". There you'll find "cross zoom A/B. That should work. Link to comment
Gizmo
If you just want to zoom in on your footage, at the end of each clip on the timeline, you'll see the "crop" tool. Click on it to bring up the crop window. From here you can zoom in or out of your clip. Bare in mind this will degrade the quality. Link to comment
