Not a report but question on player behavior toggline night vision on/off

I started recording this player because the player seemed to be tracking me.  I didn't post this in the Reports forum because I never had a sense that I got any kind of proof in the recording.  What DID strike me as being very odd, this player toggles the N - nigh tvision key on and then immediately toggles it off again multiple times during the map. What sort of activity could involve the quick toggling of the nightvision key?  Struck me as very strange...

Oh yea.  In fact I didn't escalate it to 'suspecting something' other than noticing the odd behavior with the quick toggling of the night vision button from time to time.  Nothing to report here sir.
