Mojoe5 Posted September 8, 2018 Share Posted September 8, 2018 I hadn't played COD 4 in years but was looking for a new game but couldn't find anything good. I installed from my old CD and from what I had read online I thought I needed to update to 1.8, was that ever a mistake! 3 or four times my profile would either be hacked or bugged in certain servers and I would either go from staff sgt to captain in one promotion without opening any new weapons or challenges or exp points would go nuts and I just couldn't go any higher. I ended up having to uninstall and reinstall and start back over again. Thanks for the info on your website about 1.8 and I know not to go there again. Link to comment
