zach -- banned but not really

ey yo bois it's lo fi hop hip. there was just a dude by name of zach on the server who was definitely botting. he got banned, but was able to rejoin immediately, saying "the ban here sucks, i got in with the same cd key and ip". and he kept botting. murph (scum) was there, he can vouch.

so... hopefully we can have this guy banned permanently? do the banning tools need to be updated? psh, i dunno how it works.
