I was just thinking to myself that it had been a full year, been a long time. Do deployments average a year? I always assumed they were 9 to 10 months?? Although i do remember my own father being deployed for a year +. UGH the silence is what hurts. Cant go long without wondering. Sending Blue Light,
I only say all of this because dude left a lasting impression on me. I am glad that there are others that know.

If I remember correctly, he tended to be away for a year or so at a time.
