Couple of paintings

It's been a while since I've posted anything new, so I thought I'd post a couple of paintings.

Mojo and I did this one together, she had the idea for me to do a painting based off of old pictures of our grandparents when they were younger. Here's how it turned out:

The detail on the person walking along the shore is very nice. Love the lighting from the lantern.

Thanks, myth! The lighting from the lantern was a bit of a challenge but pretty awesome to do.

Very nice work Dodo and Mojo. The first one is a great sentimental piece. The second one is very cool too. Night scenes are tough. I like the lantern effect but, I also like the lighthouse. Good work on the rocks. Great stuff guys! Thanks for sharing it.
