I got a tier 7 IS and then stopped playing. The next tier up requires so much work!

They do, but the IS-3 totally makes up for it dude. One of my favorite tanks. That whole line from then on is really fun.

World of Tanks seems like the game I always binge on for a few weeks and then stop playing for months. I think when I last stopped the tanks I used were IS, Hetzer, and one more tank that I don't remember. Is there a way to see the tanks I own without installing the game?

Edit: Here's all the tanks I have.

IS, KV-1S, KV-1 (a beast at tier 5), T-28 (people don't like it but I'm pretty good with it), A-20 (I'm so bad at scouting), Hetzer, T-46, BT-7, LTP (what is this?), Pz.Kpfw. I Ausf. C (another beast of its tier), Marder II, Chi-Ha, T-26, BT-2, SU-18 (I'm so bad with artillery), Pz.Kpfw. I, M2 Light, Vickers Mk. E Type B, and all the tier 1 tanks.
