saladFingrs
Hey all... what's blackfire? It's X-Fire for mac users. In an effort to free up hard drive space I was indiscriminately deleting lots of stuff, and accidentally trashed Black fire (and a bunch of nudey pics of gryph). Turns out it's hard to find a version that works, so I'm switching over to Steam. Add me = NJAsaladFingrs ~ salad(s) Link to comment
mini del macho
seeing gryph is like seeing a unicorn! so, essentially... you witnessed a naked unicorn O.o Link to comment
saladFingrs
I turned off "safe search" and still couldn't find naked unicorns. If anyone has gryph-nip-slip pics please dropbox the hi res versions to me by weeks end. ~ salad(s) Link to comment

milSpec
Don't know if this will help, but I use Pidgin when I'm on linux. There's a plugin called Gfire that gives Pidgin Xfire support. I've found a possible mac version of Gfire here. Link to comment

Elephant94
If you can't find blackfire, HERE. And mil, that seems cumbersome, you need bloated adium and then that plugin? Link to comment
milSpec
I'm not sure how adium is. Just know that the plugin for pidgin works for me on linux. and pidgin is as lightweight as I've seen, other than somthing like finch which is just a command line fruntend to libpurple which is what pidgin runs on. Just giving options. The plugin just adds xfire protocol support to libpurple clients as far as I can tell. Good luck finding something that will work Salad. Link to comment
Gryphus_1
I just tried to find an appropriate image for this thread, and lets just say rule 34 is alive and well... This thread and the searches it spawned may be responsible for permanent brain damage, and the loss of a dinner. On a side note, I'm getting this increasing hatred of Xfire... Gryphus_1
Also did you guys know that Steam's website has their full chat client? For those that don't like the desktop client. G1 ""Don't quote my quotes!" - Fruits" - Rattle Link to comment
Elephant94
The only thing that bothers me about steam is privacy stuff - I don't want everybody ever seeing how many hours I've spent playing cod. That's just embarrassing. Link to comment
