Hey guys,

I was banned tonight for some reason, I'm not sure what for? 

I guess I can't really form much of an appeal, because I am unsure what I was banned *for* - can anyone help? I've been playing on your servers for quite some time without issue, so I'm not sure what's going on.

Time was roughly 6:40 or so PM PST.

EDIT: I take it back, my account (Unfounded) is fine. Same CD key, but my daughter's account is the one that is banned - username is "k9". She's very new, are there bans possibly by skill level?

I don't see any bans on your cd key. Do you and your daughter play from the same house? Same computer?

Yeah, same house/pc/cd-key. Strange. I can connect, but she was getting kicked.

Just tried again now, seems fine. Not sure what was going on, but I'll chalk it up to a glitch in the matrix - thank you for checking into it for me.
