Server Status (Lag Spikes)

The following trouble ticket was submited to our host today less that 2 minutes ago.
For the last hour the server had been experiencing bad lag spikes where everyone's ping jump to 400 to 999 ping. This is happening to everyone and a tracert is coming up clean. Can you please check it out?

u might want to let them know .. the last week its been daily starting at about 11pm PST and last about 2 map rotations

Yeah, i was rocking a 20 kill streak when EVERYONE in the match was nailed with a lag spike, then we all died for no reason..... the end to a beautiful streak......
