Cannot Connect to Old Server (Stuck on Pipeline map)

Hello all,

I'm trying to currently connect to the right now (1/05/2011) on the old server (which should be working i think..) but when i try to connect it is like frozen with the PipeLine map. It wont change maps or have that count-down after the map has ended.

Does anyone know whats happening?
Has the server frozen?

Yes i realized the server was back online the next day
