NJ application?

I've been playing exclusively on net-jam for years and love the community and players. Over the years I've noticed a lot of fellow co-players "join" NJ and get the NJ tag behind their name. Never really looked into it much over the years but wondering now since I've only ever played on here and don't see myself playing on any other server ever, if there was a way apply to become an official member? Just wondering if there's an application of some sort. Either way, I'll be staying on NJ for years (it's literally the only game and server I have ever played on), so doesn't matter one way or another, but would be nice to be part of it. Thanks.
