While we appreciate your report, there is little we can do without an admin witnessing proof of cheating. You can record a demo of suspicious players by using /record in your ingame developer console (default ~ key). Use /stoprecord to finish recording the demo. This should create a *.dm_1 file under your CoD4\main\demos directory. You can then attach the file to your post.

All we can do for now is put a notice on this player and keep an eye out for them. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
