Server Lag

We've made some 'adjustments' to the configurations of the server, and I'm trying to get a sense of the 'lag' problem that was reported by various players since moving to the new NJ game-server. I'd like to get a sense of how things are performing now. At some point, we will rebuild the server to the latest and greatest OS version anyway, but the separation of some components may have resolved the issue thus far where it is noticeable. Please take a chance to vote on where your at, and if you vote for either Option 3, or Option 4, please perform a traceroute to the server, and paste the results into a reply in this thread if you would. Instructions below if you aren't familiar with how to do that.

1) Open a command prompt. (Start -> Run: type 'cmd' in the box and hit enter.)

2) A DOS prompt box will appear, type 'tracert 64.94.100.200' and hit enter.

3) Copy the screen contents, and paste into this thread. *Please don't create image files* (To copy the screen, there's probably 2 ways to do this, click and drag the mouse like you would in a text editor and hit CTRL-C then come to this post and use CTRL-P to paste it into the window, or, right click in the title portion of the DOS screen, select Edit -> Select All, then right click again in the same location, and select Edit -> Copy. Then come to this post, and click CTRL-P to paste.)
