'Sour' Ban Appeal

Hi Net-Jam Moderators/Staff, I'm a regular player on your server and I recently started a new account as practice going from Level 1 back to Level 55. I haven't played on your server recently but when I got back on today to play a game or two it says that I'm banned and does not state a reason for being banned. I was wondering if it would be possible to have this issue resolved because playing on the server really helps me get my mind of issues and it would really suck if I couldn't play again.
